A reduced light vehicle speed limit of 60 km/h will be in place from the top of Mt Ousley, while the heavy vehicle speed limit of 40 km/h will be retained. Heavy vehicle operators should merge into lane 2 (middle lane) between Picton Road interchange and the vehicle parking area at the top of Mt Ousley to ensure they are suitably positioned prior to commencing their descent. All motorists are advised to expect delays, particularly at peak travel times, drive to the conditions and follow the directions of traffic control and advanced warning signs. |
